This photograph of partner Karen Foxman cross-examining the
outspoken and somewhat controversial Daytona Beach Chief of
Police appeared in the April 16, 2008 edition of the Orlando
Sentinel.
The picture was taken during a suppression hearing at the
Volusia County Courthouse Annex in Daytona Beach on April
15th wherein Ms. Foxman was challenging the legality of
police conduct in high profile criminal cases.
