On Saturday evening, May 6th, the Spirit Enrichment Award Dinner was held at and hosted by the Atlantic Center for the Arts in New Smyrna Beach to honor one of their Lifetime Trustees, James H. Pugh, Jr. The evening was to honor him for his outstanding dedication of both time and money to their facility, the arts and education.

Rice & Rose Attorney Phil Bonamo was one of the evening's speakers and presenters of an award to Mr. Pugh on behalf of the University of Florida Alumni Association and the Gator Club of Volusia County, Florida in recognition of his recent gift of $5 million dollars to the University of Florida's College of Liberal Arts and Science for the construction of the Bob Graham Center for Public Service.
