Paul Rice lectured on Void versus Voidable Marriages and
Annulments in Florida before an audience of approximately
forty lawyers at the Daytona Beach International Airport
conference facility on October 26, 2007. Mr. Rice, as chair
of the Volusia County Bar Association’s Family Law Section,
also served as the moderator for the Bar’s annual family law
seminar.
The other topics presented at the seminar were Bankruptcy
for the Family Lawyer, Child Support Establishment and
Enforcement by the Florida Department of Revenue and
Valuation of Pensions and Drafting Domestic Relations
Orders.
