Phil Bonamo Host for Continuing
Legal Education Seminar

Bonamo was host/moderator for the Criminal Law Continuing Legal
Education Seminar held on February 23, 2007 at the Daytona Beach
International Airport. The 1/2 day program was presented by the
Volusia County Bar Association and Rice & Rose was the corporate
sponsor of the event. Mr. Bonamo, in conjunction with the locar
bar's Executive Director, Kathy Selover, organized the event
which was attended by many attorneys from Volusia and Flagler
counties. The speakers of the seminar included Judge Richard
Orfinger of the 5th District Court of Appeals, Circuit Court
Judge William Parsons, Attorney David H. Foxman and Attorney
Sheila Tuma. Topics included Ethics & Professionalism, State
Court Sentencing Issues, Case Law/Legislative Updates in
Criminal Law and Ethical Issues in Legal Advertising.
